Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of collaborative nursing mode combined with phased functional rehabilitation training in postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures. Methods Retrospective analyzed the general data of 107 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures admitted to the Eighth People's Hospital of Jinan from September 2021 to October 2022.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into a control group(53 cases)and an observation group (54 cases). The control group received collaborative care, while the observation group received collaborative care and phased functional rehabilitation training. The joint function, pain level, quality of life,self-care ability, and stress indicators between two groups before and after nursing care, and postoperative complications between two groups were compared. Results After 3 months of discharge, the scores of the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, while the scores of Harris hip score (HHS),modified Barthel index (MBI),and the MOS 36-item short form health survey (SF-36)were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).At discharge, the levels of cortisol (COR),adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH),and norepinephrine (NE)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The collaborative nursing mode combined with phased functional rehabilitation training can improve joint function in elderly patients with femoral neck fractures and promote postoperative recovery.
