Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of doctor-nurse collaborative management combined with dietary intervention based on fast track surgery (FTS)concept in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 30 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer between March and August 2022 and 30 patients undergoing the same surgery between September 2022 and March 2023 in Shangrao Municipal Hospital were enrolled as control group and study group. The study group was given doctor-nurse collaborative management combined with dietary intervention based on FTS concept, while control group was given routine nursing. The nutritional status(hemoglobin [Hb],prealbumin [PA],transferrin [TRF]) and psychological state (self-rating anxiety scale [SAS],self-rating depression scale[SDS])before and after intervention, perioperative indexes(recovery time of bowel sound, anal exhaust time, the first eating time, the first leaving bed time, hospitalization time)and postoperative complications (vomiting, incision infection, bleeding, hypothermia) in the two groups were compared. Results After intervention,Hb,PA and TRF in study group were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sound, anal exhaust time, the first eating time, first leaving bed time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of postperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of doctor-nurse collaborative management combined with dietary intervention based on FTS concept can significantly improve nutritional status and shorten hospitalization time in patients after laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.
