督灸联合微波治疗阳虚体质结核性胸膜炎的临床效果

摘要目的观察督灸联合微波治疗阳虚体质结核性胸膜炎（TP）患者的临床效果及对腺苷脱氨酶（ADA）、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）的影响。方法选取2023 年1 月至12 月就诊于山东省公共卫生临床中心结核内科的80例患者作为研究对象，使用计算机随机数法分为西药组（40例）与中医组（40例）。西药组采用口服四联抗结核药物治疗，中医组在西药组基础上增加督灸和微波治疗，比较治疗前后患者的胸膜厚度、胸腔积液量、ADA、LDH 含量及临床疗效。结果中医组治疗后的胸膜厚度低于西药组，胸腔积液量少于西药组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；中医组患者治疗后的ADA、LDH 低于西药组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；中医组患者的治疗总有效率高于西药组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论督灸联合微波治疗阳虚体质结核性胸膜炎临床疗效肯定，可作为中医绿色疗法推广。

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion combined with microwave in the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy(TP)patients with Yang deficiency and its influence on adenosine deaminase(ADA)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH).Methods A total of 80 patients admitted to the tuberculosis Department of Shandong Public Health Clinical Center from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into the Western medicine group (40 cases)and the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) group (40 cases) using computer random number method.The Western medicine group was treated with oral quadruple anti-tuberculosis drugs,while the TCM group was treated with moxibustion and microwave.The pleural thickness,pleural effusion,ADA and LDH contents and clinical efficacy were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the pleural thickness and pleural effusion in TCM group were lower than those in Western medicine group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).ADA and LDH in TCM group were lower than those in Western group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of TCM group was higher than that of Western group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Du moxibustion combined with microwave in the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy patients with Yang deficiency constitution has definite clinical efficacy,which can be promoted as a green therapy of TCM.
