Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of networked cognitive behavioral therapy on sleep quality and fatigue in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods A total of 250 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted to Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from June 2022 to February 2023 were selected as research objects, they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 125 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received networked cognitive behavioral therapy on the basis of the control group. Both groups received continuous nursing observation for 4 weeks. The psychological state, sleep quality, fatigue and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The various scores of sympotom checklist 90(SCL-90)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and cancer fatigue scale(CFS)after nursing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The various scores of quality of life brief scale (QOL-BREF)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significances (P<0.05).Conclusion Networked cognitive behavioral therapy can reduce the negative emotions and fatigue of nasopharyngeal cancer patients, improve their sleep quality, and thus improve the quality of life of patients.
