Abstract:Intracranial infection is a common serious complication after neurosurgery.Clinical pharmacists participated in the whole process of anti-infective treatment of a patient with intracranial infection of carbapenem-resistant enterobacter aerogenes after neurosurgery, analyzed the rationality of anti-infective treatment drugs, put forward medication suggestions, and conducted targeted pharmaceutical care.Clinical pharmacists closely combine the characteristics and changes of the patient's condition, and assist clinicians in formulating an individualized anti-infection treatment plan according to the pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic theory of antibacterial drugs.By extending the infusion time of Meropenem combined with intravenous Amikacin and intrathecal injection, sequential Levofloxacin treatment plan, surgical debridement and drainage, etc. The successful treatment of intracranial infection of carbapenem-resistant enterobacter aerogenes reflects the value of clinical pharmacists in the clinical treatment of intracranial infection.
