Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Chaihu plus Longgu Oyster Decoction combined with scraping therapy on subthreshold depression after percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods A total of 120 patients with subthreshold depression after percutaneous coronary intervention in Zaozhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into reference group (n=60)and study group(n=60) by random number table method.Patients in the reference group were treated with standard treatment and lifestyle adjustment treatment, while patients in the study group were treated with Chaihu plus Longgu Oyster Decoction combined with scraping therapy on the basis of the reference group. The Hamilton depression scale (HAMD),total effective rate of treatment and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores (insomnia score, hypochondriac score, nausea score, headache score, fatigue score and loss of appetite score)were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in HAMD score between the two groups (P>0.05).The HAMD scores of the study group were lower than those of the reference group at 7,14 and 28 days after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of insomnia, flank pain, nausea, headache, fatigue, and loss of appetite between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment, the above scores of the study group were lower than those of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The oral administration of Chaihu plus Longgu Oyster Decoction+scraping therapy for patients with subthreshold depression after percutaneous coronary intervention has obvious effects on promoting the alleviation of depression degree, improving curative effect and improving traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, which can promote the good prognosis of patients with subthreshold depression after percutaneous coronary intervention.
