Abstract:Objective To observe the application effect of psychological flexibility intervention based on WeChat platform in the nursing of gynecological malignant tumor patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with gynecological malignant tumor admitted to Fengcheng People's Hospital from March 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They werw divided into control group and observation group by random number table method with 40 cases.The control group received routine psychological intervention,and the observation group received psychological resilience intervention based on WeChat platform.The psychological flexibility (connor-Davidson resilience scale [CD-RISC]),anxiety and depression(self-rating anxiety scale[SAS],self-rating depression scale[SDS]),cancer fatigue degree(multidimensional fatigue symptom inventory-short form [MFSI-SF])and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After one month intervention,the CD-RISC score of two groups was higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After one month intervention,the scores of SAS,SDS and MFSI-SF in two groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological flexibility intervention based on WeChat platform for gynecological malignant tumor patients can improve psychological flexibility,relieve anxiety and depression,reduce cancer-related fatigue and improve satisfaction.
