Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD),the most common chronic airway disease, occurs frequently in China, and its pathogenesis is still unclear.COPD,as a psychosomatic disease, not only affects the physical and mental health of patients, but also causes sleep disorders. As a common concomitant symptom of COPD patients, the incidence of sleep disorders is high, and the main influencing factors are disease factors, environmental factors, psychological factors and treatment factors.COPD patients are complicated with sleep disorders, which affect the sleep quality of patients, but also bring anxiety and depression and other emotions, affecting the prognosis of patients. In recent years, more and more scholars have conducted research on patients with COPD accompanied by sleep disorders, and given relevant interventions, which have achieved certain effects, including psychological intervention, exercise therapy, music therapy, general therapy and Chinese medicine treatment. This article reviews the current research status of COPD with sleep disorders in recent years, and provides reference and new ideas for the treatment and nursing of these patients in the future.
