Application effect of information platform based on Caprini risk assessment in patients with hip fracture and its influence on postoperative deep vein thrombosis

Objective To explore the application effect of information platform based on Caprini risk assessment in patients with hip fracture and its influence on postoperative deep vein thrombosis.Methods A total of 120 patients with hip fracture admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and they were divided into two groups using random number table method.Patients in the control group (60 cases)were given routine nursing measures,while patients in the observation group (60 cases)were given nursing measures based on the information platform and their own conditions after Caprini risk assessment classification.Relevant data of patients in both groups were collected from 1 day before intervention to 4 weeks after intervention.The Harris hip score(HHS),Barthel index (BI),white blood cell (WBC),procalcitonin (PCT),C-reactive protein (CRP),platelet (PLT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),D-dimer(D-D),patient satisfaction score,incidence of deep vein thrombosis and maximum width of thrombus in patients with deep vein thrombosis were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the satisfaction and postoperative recovery index (HHS,BI) of patients in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The inflammation index (WBC,PCT,CRP),the incidence of deep vein thrombosis,and the maximum width of thrombus in patients with deep vein thrombosis in observation group were lower than those in control group,with statistical significances (P＜0.05).After intervention,PLT,APTT,D-D in observation group were higher than those in control group,and TT was lower than those in control group,with statistical significances (P＜0.05).Conclusion The nursing measures constructed by the information platform based on Caprini risk assessment have good effects on the postoperative recovery of patients with hip fracture and the prevention of deep vein thrombosis.
