Objective To investigate the effect of self-made Jianpi Chushi Zhidai Recipe combined with interferon on patients with dampness toxin accumulation syndrome of high-risk human papilloma virus (HPV)infection of cervix.Methods A total of 100 patients with high-risk cervical HPV infection admitted to Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jiangxi Province from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects and they were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group (50 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with human Interferon α2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Human Interferon α2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablets+self-made Jianpi Chushi Zhidai Recipe,all of which were treated for consecutive 3 menstrual cycles.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,negative HPV conversion rate and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the negative conversion rate of HPV in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the TCM syndrome scores after treatment in observation group were lower than those of the same group before treatment,and TCM syndrome scores after treatment in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of self-made Jianpi Chushi Zhidai Recipe and interferon can improve the negative conversion rate of HPV and improve the condition of patients with cervical high-risk HPV infection of dampness toxin accumulation syndrome.The effect is significant and the safety is good,which is worthy of reference.
