Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of step teaching in sub-specialty operation coordination in cardiothoracic surgery.Methods A total of 40 nurses in the Operation Room of the First Hospital of Nanchang from January 2022 to December were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into experimental group (20 cases)and control group(20 cases)according to random number table method.Both groups were taught operating techniques according to the guide.The experimental group was trained in the sub-specialty of cardiothoracic surgery with step teaching,while the control group was trained with traditional teaching methods.After the training of the two groups,the theoretical assessment,situational simulation teaching exercise and practical operation assessment (accuracy,instrument and equipment assembly time,and surgical instrument maintenance accuracy) were carried out.The assessment scores of two groups were compared.The Chinese Jeffries simulation teaching design Scale was used to evaluate the training effect.Results The test scores of theoretical knowledge in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The test scores of simulated teaching practice in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The score of teaching evaluation effect in experimental group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of study card assessment in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and time of study card assessment in the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of step training mode can effectively improve the scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation assessment in the training of professional nurses in thoracic surgery,and the step training mode can improve the self-learning ability of sub-professional nurses,the accuracy of actual operation,the assembly time of instruments and equipment,the cleaning and maintenance of instruments.It can improve the teaching quality of the sub-professional nursing of the operating room cardiothoracic surgery.
