Objective To explore the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)cluster nursing based on day ward mode in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods A total of 76 patients with CAG who were admitted in Weihai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to April 2022 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into the intervention group (38 cases)and the control group (38 cases)by random number table method.The control group used routine nursing intervention,the intervention group used TCM cluster nursing based on day ward mode.The depression degree,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The self-rating depression scale (SDS)scores of patients in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention,and the SDS scores of patients after intervention in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The scores of generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOL-74)after intervention in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,the scores of GQOL-74 after intervention in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of patients in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,and there was statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM cluster nursing based on the day ward model in the intervention of CAG patients can improve the depression,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
