Objective To explore the effects of Bobath concept guided rehabilitation nursing combined with multi-mode analgesia on postoperative knee function and pain score of patients with knee injury. Methods Sixty patients with knee injury admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random ball touch method, they were divided into observation group (n=30)and control group (n=30).The control group adopted conventional rehabilitation nursing, and the observation group adopted Bobath concept guided rehabilitation nursing combined with multi-mode analgesia intervention. The knee function, pain score, nursing satisfaction and complication were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the score of knee function scale of Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) was higher than that before intervention, and the HSS knee function score of observation group was higher than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Visual analogue scale (VAS) scores of two groups after intervention were lower than those before, and VAS score of observation group after intervention was lower than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Bobath concept guided rehabilitation nursing combined with multi-mode analgesia applied in postoperative intervention of patients with knee joint injury can improve knee joint function, relieve pain, improve nursing satisfaction and reduce complication rate.
