Objective To analyze the application effect of family-centered tender childbirth management model in delivery of primiparae. Methods A total of 150 primiparae admitted to Quanzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital·Children's Hospital from February 2020 to May 2022 were selected as research objects, they were divided into the control group(n=75)and the observation group(n=75)according to the random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received family-centered tender childbirth management model on this basis. The total stage of labor,2 h postpartum bleeding volume, pain degree, psychological status and the general self efficacy scale (GSES)scores were compared between the groups. Results The total stage of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and 2 h postpartum bleeding volume was smaller than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The visual analogue scale (VAS)score of the observation group in the first and second stages of labor was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)score and self-rating depression scale (SDS)score between the groups before nursing (P>0.05).After nursing, the SAS scores and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and the scores of observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the GSES score between the groups before nursing (P>0.05).After nursing, the GSES score of the two groups was higher than those before nursing, and the score of observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Family-centered tender childbirth management model is effective for primiparae. It can relieve pain, reduce postpartum bleeding, and improve their psychological status and self-efficacy.
