Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of transitional checklist-based nursing in patients undergoing cardiac surgery. Methods A total of 92 patients who underwent cardiac surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 46 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine post-cardiac surgery nursing, while the observation group was treated with transitional checklist-based nursing. The time to get out of bed, hospital stay, weakness score, exercise endurance, cardiac rehabilitation exercise compliance and nursing level were compared between the two groups. Results The time to get out of bed and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).After intervention, the score of fissile phenotype scale in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the 6-min walking distance was longer than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The compliance of cardiac rehabilitation exercise in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The satisfaction scores of clinical nursing ability, communication and coordination ability,nurse-patient cooperation ability and work confidence ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The transitional checklist-based nursing can promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing cardiac surgery, improve their exercise endurance and compliance with cardiac rehabilitation exercise, improve their weak state, and improve their nursing level.
