Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of micro-lecture combined with flipped classroom in small lecture for ICU practice nursing students.Methods A total of 37 ICU nursing students in intership (referred to as nursing students)in Shenzhen Second People's Hospital from June to December 2020 were selected as the control group,and 38 ICU nursing students in Shenzhen Second People's Hospital from June to December 2021 were selected as the observation group.The control group used the traditional method for nursing lectures,while the observation group used the micro-lecture combined with flipped classroom mode for small lectures.The theoretical test scores,comprehensive performance and satisfaction of lecture were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of lecture theory test,comprehensive performance and satisfaction of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of micro-lecture combined with flipped classroom mode in ICU nursing lectures is conducive to nursing students to better grasp the theoretical content of lectures,improve the comprehensive performance of nursing students in the classroom and improve the satisfaction of nursing students with small lectures.
