Abstract：Objective To explore the correlation between innovation literacy and career construction behavior of single enrollment in higher vocational medical colleges.Methods From June to September 2022,128 students from Heze Medical College were investigated by questionnaire.Results The total score of career construction behavior of single enrollment in higher vocational medical colleges was(4.11±0.75)point,and the total score of innovation literacy was(3.84±0.62)point.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the innovation literacy of single enrollment in higher vocational medical colleges was correlated with career construction behavior and its dimensions,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Higher vocational medical colleges should improve students' innovation literacy through multi-channel measures such as improving students' information literacy,strengthening students' innovation literacy throughout the teaching process,and improving the construction of career courses,so as to promote students to better carry out career construction,so as to enhance the employment competitiveness of medical single enrollment.
