Abstract:Objective To analyze the application value of seed-embedding at otopoints with the seed of cowherb combined withthunder-fire moxibustion in laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy. Methods A total of 62 patients who underwent laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy in Leping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to July 2022 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 31 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received routine intervention measures after surgery, and patients in the observation group were given seed-embedding at otopoints with the seed of cowherb combined with thunder-fire moxibustion on the basis of routine intervention after surgery. The psychological stress state, gastrointestinal function recovery and incidence of urinary retention were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had lower self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score and self-rating depression scale (SDS) score than those of the control group, the postoperative recovery time of peristalsis and anal exhaust time were shorter than those of the control group, the number of bowel sounds per minute was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of urinary retention was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy,seed-embedding at otopoints with the seed of cowherb combined with thunder-fire moxibustion can effectively relieve psychological stress state, promote rapid recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce the occurrence of urinary retention, which has reliable clinical value.
