Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of Ergometrine Maleate combined with Oxytocin on the control of postpartum hemorrhage stress response.Methods A total of 84 parturients admitted to the Department of Obstetrics of First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with gluteal muscle injection of Oxytocin,and the study group was combined with Ergometrine Maleate on the basis of the control group.The postpartum blood loss at 1,2 and 24 h,the mean prenatal and postpartum arterial blood pressure,the levels of lipid peroxide (LPO),C-reactive protein (CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),D-dimer and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of postpartum blood loss in both groups was gradually reduced,and the amount of postpartum blood loss at 2 and 24 h were lower than that at 1 h,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).The postpartum blood loss at 1,2 and 24 h in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The mean arterial pressure at 1 h postpartum in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The levels of LPO,CRP,TNF-α and D-dimer in the study group postpartum were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Ergometrine Maleate combined with Oxytocin can effectively reduce postpartum blood loss,reduce oxidative stress and inflammatory response,and play a positive role in maintaining postpartum blood pressure stability,and drug safety is good,worthy of promotion and application.
