知柏地黄汤联合西药治疗对2 型糖尿病患者血糖水平及胰岛素抵抗的影响

摘要目的探究知柏地黄汤联合西药治疗对2 型糖尿病患者血糖水平及胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法选取2021 年6 月至2022 年6 月乳山市中医院收治的62 例阴虚火旺型2 型糖尿病患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组（31 例）与对照组（31 例）。对照组采用二甲双胍+格列美脲片治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用知柏地黄汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、血糖水平、空腹胰岛水平、胰岛素抵抗指数、中医证候积分和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗后的总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后的血糖水平、空腹胰岛素水平及胰岛素抵抗指数均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后的中医证候积分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗过程中均未发生明显不良反应。结论知柏地黄汤联合西药治疗2 型糖尿病，利于提升治疗效果，降低血糖水平和空腹胰岛素水平，改善胰岛素抵抗指数和临床症状，值得进一步推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction combined with western medicine on blood glucose level and insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 62 patients with Yin-deficiency and fire-abundance type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Rushan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group (31 cases)and control group(31 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Metformin+Glimepiride Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Zhibai Dihuang Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose level,fasting islet level,insulin resistance index,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group after treatment was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose level,fasting insulin level and insulin resistance index of observation group were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions during treatment in both groups.Conclusion Zhibai Dihuang Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus is beneficial to improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the level of blood sugar and fasting insulin,improve insulin resistance index and clinical symptoms,and is worthy of further promotion and application.
