Objective To explore the influence of family care on psychological stress of pregnant women with pernicious placenta previa (PPP).Methods The clinical data of 67 cases of pregnant women with PPP admitted to Shangrao Maternal and Child Health Hospital From February 2017 to February 2021 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were set up as the research group. At the same time,67 pregnant women with the same age, pregnancy times and gestational age were matched as the control group. The family relationship and pregnancy stress were compared between the research group and the control group.According to pregnancy stress, pregnant women in the study group were divided into group A and group B,general data and family care index between the two groups were compared. The risk factors of pregnancy stress were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis. Results The score of pregnancy stress scale in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The results of univariate analysis showed that pregnancy stress was related to conjugal relationship, relationship between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law,family care index and fetal gender tendency, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The results of logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that poor conjugal relationship (β=1.415,OR=4.116,95%CI∶1.149-14.746),poor relationship between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law (β=1.386,OR=3.999,95%CI∶1.116-14.324)and low family care index(β=1.314,OR=3.721,95% CI∶1.556-8.901) were independent risk factors of pregnant women with PPP's pregnancy stress. Conclusion The family care will affect psychological stress in PPP pregnant women, which should be paid attentions to in clinical practice.
