Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing assisted Kegel pelvic floor muscle training on the recovery of pelvic floor function in postpartum patients. Methods A total of 80 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Shangrao Municipal Hospital from March 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in both groups received Kegel pelvic floor muscle training, the control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received high-quality nursing assisted Kegel pelvic floor muscle training. The pelvic floor muscle strength, electromyography of the pelvic floor(value of pre resting stage, fast muscle stage, slow muscle stage, value of post resting stage and continuous contraction time) before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The value of the pre-resting stage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the value of the fast muscle stage, slow muscle stage and post-resting stage in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the sustained contraction time was longer than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of Kegel pelvic floor muscle training, patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction receive high-quality nursing, which can improve the resting pressure and systolic pressure of the vagina, prolong the duration of vaginal contraction, and improve the pelvic floor function.
