Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care on emotion,sleep quality and life quality of patients in intensive care unit.Methods A total of 80 intensive care patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the simple randomization method,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing measures,while patients in the observation group received humanistic care nursing measures on the basis of the control group.Patients in both groups were intervened for 3 months.The scores of depression,anxiety,sleep quality and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of depression and anxiety between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05).The scores of depression and anxiety in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of depression and anxiety in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of sleep quality and quality of life between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05).After intervention,the sleep quality score of the two groups was lower than that before intervention,and the quality of life score was higher than that before intervention,the sleep quality score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care nursing in intensive care unit patients can improve patients'bad mood,improve sleep quality and quality of life.
