Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of internet follow-up system on self-management support of patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 120 patients with schizophrenia discharged from Jiangxi Psychiatric Hospital from October 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group (60 cases) and observation group (60 cases) by random number table method.Two cases fell off in the control group,4 fell off cases in the observation group,ultimately 58 cases in the control group and 56 cases in the observation group.The control group was followed up by routine discharge,while the observation group was followed up by the hospital internet follow-up service management system according to the formulated specialized plan.The scores of general self-efficacy scale(GSES),self-esteem scale (SES) and stigma scale for mental illness (SSMI-C) were compared between the two groups.Results The GSES scores of patients in the two groups at 1,3,6 month and 1 year after discharge were higher than those at discharge,and the GSES scores of patients in the observation group at 1,3,6 month and 1 year after discharge were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The SES scores of patients in the two groups at 1,3,6 months and 1 year after discharge were higher than those at discharge,and the SES scores of patients in the observation group at 1,3,6 months and 1 year after discharge were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The SSMI-C scores of patients in the two groups at 1,3,6 month and 1 year after discharge were lower than those at discharge,and the SSMI-C scores of patients in the observation group at 1,3,6 month and 1 year after discharge were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Internet follow-up system can improve self-management ability and self-esteem,and reduce stigma in patients with schizophrenia.
