Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Yixue Decoction combined with granulocyte colony stimulating factor on hemogram,immune function and prognosis of patients with breast cancer after chemotherapy

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of TCM Yixue Decoction combined with granulocyte colony stimulating factor(G-CSF)on hemogram,immune function and prognosis of patients with breast cancer after chemotherapy.Methods A total of 70 patients with postoperative chemotherapy of breast cancer admitted to the Third Hospital of Nanchang from November 2017 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with G-CSF after chemotherapy,while the observation group was treated with TCM Yixue Decoction on the basis of the control group.The blood picture indexes (white blood cell [WBC],platelet [PLT],hemoglobin [Hb]),immune function (CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+),breast cancer patients' quality of life scale (FACT-B) (emotion,physiology,function,family/social status,additional attention) were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the PLT level of patients of the two group was lower than that of before treatment,and the PLT level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The WBC and Hb levels of patients of the two group were higher than thosse before treatment,and WBC and Hb levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,the CD8+levels of patients of the two group were lower than those before treatment,and the CD8+level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+levels of patients of the two group were higher than those before treatment,and CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,the emotional,physical,functional,family/social status,and additional concern scores of patients of the two group were higher than those before treatment,and emotional,physical,functional,family/social status,and additional concern scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The relapse rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the survival rate was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medicine Yixue Decoction combined with G-CSF can improve the hemogram and immune function of patients with breast cancer after chemotherapy,and obtain better prognosis,which should be paid attention to clinically.
