Objective To explore the influence of cognitive psychological intervention on delivery outcome of primiparas.Methods A total of 60 primiparas who delivered in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Rencheng District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the study group (n=33)and the control group (n=27)by coin toss method.The control group was given routine supportive psychological intervention,while the study group was given cognitive psychological intervention.The psychological stress,postpartum blood loss,natural delivery rate and total labor duration before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in psychological stress score between the two groups (P>0.05).After intervention,the psychological stress score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The natural delivery rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the postpartum blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total labor duration of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive psychological intervention is helpful for primiparas to achieve good delivery outcomes,which is worthy of clinical application.
