Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Sulodemide combined with Mycophenolate Mofetil in the treatment of diabetes nephropathy and its effect on blood glucose level and renal function.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Putian College from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects for retrospective analysis.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received Sulodexide treatment,while patients in the observation group received Sulodexide combined with Mycophenolate Mofetil treatment.The clinical treatment effect,blood glucose and renal function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)of the observation group after treatment([5.56±1.03]%)was lower than that before treatment([7.54±1.25]%),and the HbA1c of the control group after treatment ([6.85±1.72] %) was lower than that before treatment ([7.82±1.15]%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose (FPG) of the observation group after treatment ([5.54±0.56] mmol/L) was lower than that before treatment ([8.93±1.65]mmol/L),and the FPG of the control group after treatment ([7.84±1.32] mmol/L) was lower than that before treatment ([9.58±1.65] mmol/L),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG)of the observation group after treatment ([7.68±1.61]mmol/L)was lower than that before treatment ([15.21±1.34]mmol/L),the 2 h PG of the control group after treatment ([12.26±3.48] mmol/L) was lower than that before treatment ([14.96±1.46]mmol/L),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The HbAlc,FPG and 2 h PG of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in renal function indexes between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of microalbumin(MALB),creatinine(Cr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)in the observation group were lower than those before treatment,and the level of cystatin C (CPI) was higher than that before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The MALB,Cr and BUN of the control group after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the MALB,Cr and BUN of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the CPI was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Sulodexide can effectively control the development of diabetic nephropathy,and Mycophenolate Mofetil can improve the hyperglycemia and renal function of patients.
