Application effect of rescue therapy in coma patients with cerebral hemorrhage in emergency department

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of rescue treatment for patients with cerebral hemorrhage and coma in emergency department.Methods A total of 100 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and coma admitted to the Department of Emergency,Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into the observation group(50 cases)and the control group(50 cases)according to the lottery method.The observation group received rescue treatment,and the control group received conventional treatment.The neurological deficits(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale[NIHSS]),rescue conditions(recovery time of consciousness,recovery time of intracranial pressure,length of hospital stay),and success rate of rescue were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in NIHSS score between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).The NIHSS score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The recovery time of consciousness,recovery time of intracranial pressure and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The success rate of rescue in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Rescue treatment for coma patients with cerebral hemorrhage in emergency department can significantly improve the success rate of rescue,which is worthy of promotion.
