丁苯酞注射液联合依达拉奉治疗老年急性脑梗死的临床效果

摘要目的探讨丁苯酞注射液联合依达拉奉注射液治疗方案在急性脑梗死老年患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取2020年2 月至2021 年2 月萍乡矿业集团有限责任公司总医院收治的60 例急性脑梗死老年患者作为研究对象，按照抛硬币法分为依达拉奉组（n=32）和联合组（n=28）。依达拉奉组施以依达拉奉注射液治疗方案，联合组则施以丁苯酞注射液联合依达拉奉注射液治疗方案。比较两组患者治疗前后的血清同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）、脑源性神经营养因子（BDNF）、氨基末端脑钠肽前体（NT-proBNP）水平，以及分析其美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）评分变化。结果两组患者治疗后7、14 d 的NIHSS 评分均低于治疗前，且联合组的NIHSS 评分低于依达拉奉组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗后7、14 d 的血清Hcy、NT-proBNP 水平均低于治疗前，BDNF 水平高于治疗前，且联合组治疗后7、14 d 的血清Hcy、NT-proBNP 水平均低于依达拉奉组，BDNF 水平均高于依达拉奉组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论丁苯酞注射液联合依达拉奉在急性脑梗死老年患者的治疗中效果显著，有利于降低患者血清Hcy、BDNF、NT-proBNP 水平，促进患者功能康复。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical application effect of Butylphthalide Injection combined with Edaravone Injection in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the General Hospital of Pingxiang Mining Group Co.,Ltd.from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the Edaravone group (n=32) and the combined group (n=28)according to coin toss method.The Edaravone group was given the Edaravone Injection treatment regimen,and the combined group was given the Butylphthalide Injection combined with the Edaravone Injection treatment regimen.The levels of serum homocysteine (Hcy),brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF),and amino-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the changes of National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)was analyzed..Results The NIHSS scores of the two groups at 7 d and 14 d after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the NIHSS scores of the combined group were lower than those of the Edaravone group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The levels of serum Hcy and NT-proBNP in the combined group were lower than those in the edaravone group,and the levels of BDNF was higher than that in the Edaravone group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide Injection combined with Edaravone has a significant effect in the treatment of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction,which is beneficial to reduce the serum Hcy,BDNF,NT-proBNP levels and promote the functional recovery of patients.
