Objective To investigate the influence on laparoscopic radical resection for intestinal mucosal barrier and cellular immunity of patients. Methods A total of 80 patients with radical resection of colorectal cancer admitted to Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group were treated with open radical resection of colorectal cancer, the observation group were treated with laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer. The infection rates, gastrointestinal function improvement time, intestinal mucosal barrier indexes and levels of cellular immunity indexes(T lymphocyte subsets[CD3+,CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+]and related serum interleukin-2[IL-2]and interleukin-6[IL-6])before the operation and at 3rd,7th day after the operation of two groups were compared. Results The total infection rate of observation group was lower than that of control group, the gastrointestinal function improvement time were shorter than those of control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the intestinal mucosal barrier indexes and cellular immunity indexes between the two groups before the operation(P>0.05).The intestinal mucosal barrier indexes and CD8+,IL-6 of two groups at 3rd and 7th day after the operation were lower than those of control group,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+and serum IL-2 were higher than those of control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative intestinal mucosal barrier and cellular immunity of patients with laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer are relatively better than those of open operation, and the related infection and gastrointestinal function state are relatively better,so its application value in the patients with colorectal cancer is higher.
