Objective To study the effect of hyperlipidemia (HL) in the second trimester of pregnancy and improve the prognosis of nursing outpatient management. Methods From May 2021 to January 2022,300 patients with HL in the Department of Obstetrics,Jiangxi Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected as the research object, they were divided into the control group (150 cases) and the experimental group (150 cases) by random number table method. The control group was guided by general obstetrics clinic, and the experimental group was guided by nutrition clinic. The blood lipid levels, pregnancy complications, pregnancy outcomes and compliance were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, while high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of cesarean section, macrosomia and premature infants in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus, gestational hypertension and liver function damage in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total compliance rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nutrition outpatient management can improve the compliance of pregnant women, effectively improve the blood lipid level of patients with hyperlipidemia in the second trimester of pregnancy, and reduce pregnancy complications and maternal and infant adverse outcomes, combine clinical and health care, improve the prognosis of pregnant women and fetuses,it is worthy of promotion.
