Objective To investigate the effect of Atosiban on pregnancy outcome of frozen embryo transfer (FET) in patients with implant failure. Methods A total of 408 FET cycles in Nanchang Reproductive Hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.Based on pregnancy outcomes, patients was divided into Atosiban group(208 cases) and non-Atosiban group (200 cases). The general information and assisted reproduction outcome of the two groups were statistically analyzed.According to the number of transplantation failures, the patients were divided into embryo transfer (ET)<1 and ET≥1 for subgroup analysis. Results There were no significant differences in age, primary infertility rate, infertility years, body mass index, endometrial thickness, type A endometrial ratio, number of transplanted embryos, clinical pregnancy rate, spontaneous abortion rate and ectopic pregnancy rate between Atosiban group and non-Atosiban group (P>0.05).The results of subgroup analysis showed∶for patients with ET≥1,there were no significant differences in endometrial thickness, type A endometrial ratio, the number of embryo transfer, the rate of spontaneous abortion and ectopic pregnancy rate between Atosiban group and non-Atosiban group (P>0.05),and the clinical pregnancy rate of Atosiban group was higher than non-Atosiban group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).For patients with ET<1,there were no statistical significances in all the above indicators between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Atosiban can significantly improve the pregnancy outcome of FET patients with implantation failure, and there was no affect on the spontaneous abortion rate and ectopic pregnancy rate, which is a good treatment for the pregnancy outcome of patients with implantation failure.
