Abstract:Objective To observe and analyze the effect of rehabilitation program of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with intelligent motor training system on walking ability of stroke patients. Methods A total of 80 stroke patients in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College from June to December 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation, and the observation group was treated with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with intelligent motor training system on the basis of the treatment method of the control group.Fugl-Meyer assessment:lower extremity (FMA-LE),functional ambyiation category scale(FAC),Berg balance scale(BBS)and modified Barthel index(MBI)were compared between two groups. Results There were no significant differences in FMA-LE,FAC,BBS and MBI scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of FMA-LE,FAC,BBS and MBI in two groups were higher than those before treatment, the scores of FMA-LE,FAC,BBS and MBI in observation group were higher than those in control group, with statistically significances (P<0.05).Conclusion Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with intelligent motor training system can improve the lower extremities motor function of stroke patients more effectively, improve walking ability and the ability of daily living activities of patients.
