Objective To explore application effect of humanized nursing in acquired immune deficiecy syndrome(AIDS)patients. Methods A total of 100 AIDS patients from the Department of Infection,Pingxiang NO.2 People′s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received humanized nursing. The 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)score,medical coping style inventory(MCMQ)score, mental health degree,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),treatmentrelated indicators(human immunodeficiency virus[HIV]viral load,T lymphocyte cells(CD4+)])and compliance degree were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of emotional function(RE),social function(SF)and physiological function(PF)of the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and the scores of RE,SF and PF of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the yield and avoidance scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and the face score was higher than that before nursing, and the yield and avoidance scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the face score was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and PSQI in the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and the scores of SAS,SDS and PSQI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the HIV viral load of the two groups was lower than that before nursing, and the CD4+was higher than that before nursing, and the HIV viral load of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the CD4+was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing humanized nursing for AIDS patients can improve disease coping style, mental health, compliance, sleep quality,CD4+level,reduce HIV viral load, and improve quality of life, which is worthy of promotion.
