Objective To explore the diagnostic value of chemiluminescence immunoassay in clinical examination. Methods A total of 50 cases of patients with suspected hepatitis B admitted to Linyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2020 to April 2021 were selected as research objects. All of them were examined by chemiluminescent immunoassay and hepatitis B virus DNA load. The positive rates of serum markers, and hepatitis B virus DNA load and application values were analyzed.Clinical diagnosis was the gold standard. Results The positive rates of hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg),hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg),hepatitis B e antibody(HBeAb)detected by chemiluminescent immunoassay were higher than those of hepatitis B virus DNA load, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity, accuracy and negative predictive value of chemiluminescent immunoassay were higher than those of hepatitis B virus DNA load, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there were no statistically significant differences in specificity and positive predictive value between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application value of chemiluminescence immunoassay is higher than that of hepatitis B virus DNA load, and the sensitivity, accuracy and positive predictive value are higher, which is worth popularizing.
