Objective To analyze and observe the clinical effect of autohemotherapy combined with narrow spectrum ultraviolet radiation in the treatment of patients with chronic urticaria. Methods A total of 82 patients with chronic urticaria admitted to the Jiujiang Third People′s Hospital from January 2020 to August 2021 were selected as subjects and divided into study group and control group by random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with narrow spectrum ultraviolet radiation, while the study group was treated with autohemotherapy combined with narrow spectrum ultraviolet radiation. The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared, and the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4),immunoglobulin E(IgE)and eosinophilic cation(ECP)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the levels of IL-4,IgE and ECP between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of IL-4,IgE and ESP in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the levels of IL-4,IgE and ECP in the study group were higher than those in the control group after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Autohemotherapy combined with narrow spectrum ultraviolet radiation in the treatment of chronic urticaria has a good clinical effect, which can effectively improve the levels of IL-4,IgE and ESP in patients, improve the treatment effect, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
