Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of information sharing platform combined with feedforward control on emotion and recurrence of patients undergoing glioma surgery. Methods A total of 60 eligible patients for glioma surgery admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects, they were divided into control group (30 cases) and observation group (30 cases) according to random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received information sharing platform combined with feedforward control intervention. The satisfaction, mood, complications, recurrence and quality of life were compared between the two groups to analyze the nursing effect. Results The total satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The improvement of negative emotion in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).All patients were followed up for 6 months, and the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of information sharing platform combined with feedforward control intervention in patients undergoing glioma surgery is significant, which can effectively reduce the recurrence rate and improve the psychological state and emotion of patients, and is worth promoting.
