Abstract:Objective To explore the status quo of social support in patients with recurrent schizophrenia and analyze the correlation between the status quo of social support and various factors.Methods A total of 60 patients with recurrent schizophrenia admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Shangrao City from January 2016 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The social support rating scale (SSRS),insight treatment attitude questionnaire (ITAQ),self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were used to investigate the status quo of social support in patients with recurrent schizophrenia.Results The total scores of SSRS was (32.76±9.16) points in patients with recurrent schizophrenia,ITAQ,SAS and SDS were (5.37±3.29),(50.63±8.96) and (51.76±9.77) points,respectively.There were no significant differences in the total score of social support among recurrent schizophrenic patients with different gender,age,education level and marital status (P>0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of social support and subjective support were positively correlated with ITAQ score in patients with recurrent schizophrenia (r=0.989,0.969,P<0.05),support utilization was negatively correlated with SDS score in patients with recurrent schizophrenia (r=-0.228,P<0.05).There was no correlation between SSRS and SAS score in patients with recurrent schizophrenia (P>0.05).Conclusion Insight,treatment attitude,and depression affect the social support of patients with recurrent schizophrenia.Therefore,it is necessary to take comprehensive measures to improve the social support level,so that the patients can recover as soon as possible and return to society as soon as possible.
