Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between QRS duration (QRSd),real-time three-dimensional echocardiography parameters and clinical cardiac function.Methods A total of 30 patients with left heart failure treated in the Second People's Hospital of Jingdezhen City from January to July 2021 were selected as the study group.According to the classification standard of New York Heart Association (NYHA),they were divided into the grade Ⅱgroup,the grade Ⅲgroup and the grade Ⅳgroup,with 10 cases in each grade.At the same time,30 patients with hypertensive non left heart failure were selected as the control group.QRSd and real-time three-dimensional echocardiography parameters were measured,and the correlation between each parameter and clinical cardiac function was analyzed.Results The levels of QRSd,LVEDV,LVESV in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of LVEF in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of QRSd,LVEDV and LVESV in the grade Ⅳgroup of NYHA were higher than those in the gradeⅢgroup of NYHA and the grade Ⅱgroup of NYHA,and the level of LVEF in the grade Ⅳgroup of NYHA was lower than that in the grade Ⅲgroup of NYHA and the grade Ⅱgroup of NYHA,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of QRSd,LVEDV and LVESV in the grade Ⅲgroup of NYHA were higher than those in grade Ⅱgroup of NYHA,and LVEF in the grade Ⅲgroup of NYHA was lower than those in grade Ⅱgroup of NYHA,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that QRSd was positively correlated with LVEDV and LVESV (r=0.291,0.352,P<0.05),and inversely correlated with LVEF (r=-0.397,P<0.05).Conclusion QRSd,LVEDV,LVESV are abnormally increased in patients with left heart failure,which is related to cardiac function.QRSd prolongation has certain clinical value in suggesting left heart failure.
