Abstract:Objective To investigate the Application effect of guided extension catheter in interventional treatment of complex coronary artery diseases. Methods A total of 120 patients with complex coronary artery disease admitted to First Hospital of Nanchang City from March 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group (n=60) and control group (n=60) according to the random lottery method. The control group was treated with interventional therapy, while the observation group was guided to extend the catheter on the basis of the control group. The operation success rate and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of operation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of guided catheter extension in the interventional treatment of complex coronary artery diseases can achieve significant results, significantly improve the success rate of operation, reduce complications and improve the prognosis of patients.
