Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between NOD-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) expression and coagulation function in patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods From January 2019 to October 2020,95 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis diagnosed and treated in Fuxin Mine General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group were selected as the case group, and 95 cases of healthy people who underwent colonoscopy during the same period were selected as the control group.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression level of NLRP3 in colonic mucosa, and to detect the coagulation function, and to analyze the correlation between them. Results The expression level of NLRP3 in case group was higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial thrombin time (APTT) of case group were longer than those in the control group, while fibrinogen (FIB) was lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Pearson analysis showed that NLRP3 was positively correlated with FIB,and negatively correlated with PT and APTT (P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that PT,APTT and FIB were the important factors affecting NLRP3 expression (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with ulcerative colitis mostly show high expression levels of NLRP3,accompanied by abnormal coagulation function.PT,APTT,FIB are important factors affecting the expression levels of NLRP3 in patients.
