Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the determination of Ca,Mg,Cu,Zn,Mn and Fe in Buguzhi by flame atomic emission spectrometry.Methods The standard solutions of Ca,Mg,Cu,Zn,Mn and Fe were prepared,and the optimum working conditions were obtained through many experiments,the samples of Buguzhi were digested by HNO3-HClO4-H2O2,and the contents of Ca,Mg,Cu,Zn,Mn and Fe in Buguzhi were determined by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy.Results Buguzhi was rich in metallic elements.The content of metallic elements from high to low is Ca,Fe,Mg,Mn,Zn,Cu,the correlation coefficient of the standard curve was 0.997 2-0.999 9,and the recovery was 91.0%-105.0%,the relative standard deviation of precision test was 0.41%-1.35%,the repeatability test RSD was 0.35%-1.56%.Conclusion The sample was digested by HNO3-HClO4-H2O2,and the determination by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy was simple,stable and accurate.The results of this study can provide a reasonable reference for the rational use and development of Buguzhi.
