熊去氧胆酸胶囊联合铝镁加混悬液治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床效果

摘要目的探讨熊去氧胆酸胶囊联合铝镁加混悬液治疗胆汁反流性胃炎（BRG）的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2020年12月至2021年11月于瑞昌市中医医院治疗的92 例BRG 患者临床资料，按照治疗方法的不同将其分为观察组（47 例）和对照组（45 例），观察组采用熊去氧胆酸胶囊联合铝镁加混悬液治疗，对照组采用铝镁加混悬液治疗。采用倾向性评分匹配（PSM）对两组患者进行匹配，采用1∶1 最邻近匹配法，匹配后共有40 对患者，观察组40 例，对照组40 例。比较两组患者的血管活性肠肽（VIP）、血浆胃动素（MTL）、胃食管反流病自测量表（GERDQ）评分及不良反应。结果治疗前两组患者的VIP、MTL 水平及GERD-Q 评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后两组的VIP、GERD-Q 评分低于治疗前，MTL 水平高于治疗前，且观察组的VIP、GERD-Q 评分低于对照组，MTL 水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 PSM 后，熊去氧胆酸胶囊联合铝镁加混悬液治疗BRG 有利于调节VIP、MTL 水平，缓解胃食管反流症状，且毒副反应并未增加，可作为治疗BRG 安全、有效的方案。

Abstract：Objective To study the clinical effect of Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capsules combined with Almagate Suspension in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis (BRG).Methods The clinical data of 92 patients with BRG treated in Ruichang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to November 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group (47 cases) and control group (45 cases).The observation group was treated with Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capsules combined with Almagate Suspension,while the control group was treated with Almagate Suspension.Propensity score matching (PSM) was used to match the two groups of patients,and 1∶1 nearest neighbor matching method was used to match.After matching,there were 40 pairs of patients,40 cases in the observation group and 40 cases in the control group.The scores of vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP),plasma motilin (MTL),gastroesophageal reflux disease self-rating scale (GERD-Q)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in VIP,MTL levels and GERD-Q score between the two groups (P＞0.05).After treatment,the VIP and GERD-Q scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the MTL levels were higher than those before treatment,the VIP and GERD-Q scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the MTL level was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion After PSM,Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capsules combined with Almagate Suspension in the treatment of BRG is beneficial to regulate VIP and MTL levels,relieve the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux,and the toxic side effects do not increase,which can be used as a safe and effective treatment for BRG.
