Abstract:Based on traditional Chinese medicine fermentation,modern traditional Chinese medicine fermentation is a Chinese medicine biotransformation technology combined with fermentation engineering,microbial engineering and bioengineering.In essence,it refers to the decomposition and metabolism of traditional Chinese medicine components by microorganisms under controllable conditions,for altering the drug properties or efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.Modern traditional Chinese medicine fermentation has the advantages of not being restricts by natural conditions,strong ability of microbial transformation,rich products of fermentiaon and wide rang of application.It is one of the hot research directions of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the current research status of fermented traditional Chinese medicine,this paper summarizes the traditional Chinese medicine fermentation methods,strains and the application,in order to provide ideas of further traditional Chinese medicine fermentation research,expecting to provide references for deeper research and development and utilization of fermetation.
