Abstract： Objective To explore the application effect of target management model in patients with indwelling gastric tube after gastric cancer surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with indwelling gastric tube after gastric cancer surgery in the First People′s Hospital of Fuzhou City from January 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group adopted the routine nursing plan,and the observation group used the target management model on the basis of the control group,and both groups were intervened for 7 days.The rehabilitation-related indicators,complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The exhaust time of first postoperative anal,time from liquid diet to semi-liquid diet and hospital stay time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).the total complications rate of the observation group (10.00%) was lower than that of the control group (27.50%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After 7 days of intervention,the quality of life scale (FACT-G) scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The FACT-G score of the observation group after 7 days of intervention was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The target management model is effective for patients with indwelling gastric tube after gastric cancer surgery,which can promote the recovery of patients,reduce the risk of complications,and improve the quality of life.
