Clinical effect of high-frequency electric resection under electronic bronchoscope combined with freezing and local administration on granulation bronchial tuberculosis

Abstract: Objective To analyze the clinical effect of high-frequency electrocision combined with cryotherapy and local administration in the treatment of granuloproliferative bronchial tuberculosis under electronic bronchoscopy.Methods A total of 40 patients with granulomatous bronchial tuberculosis admitted to Jiangxi Chest Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group (20 cases) and the observation group (20 cases) according to the lottery method.The patients in the control group were treated with cryotherapy and local administration,and the patients in the observation group were treated with electronic bronchoscopy under high frequency electrocision combined with cryotherapy and local administration.The total treatment efficiency,tuberculosis lesion absorption rate,number of treatments and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the absorption rate of tuberculosis lesions in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the average number of treatment of the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Electronic bronchoscopy combined with high-frequency electroresection combined with cryotherapy and local administration in the treatment of granulomatous proliferative bronchial tuberculosis has a significant clinical effect and high safety.It is recommended to be further promoted clinically.
