Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of operating room access training in interns teaching.Methods A total of 100 junior college interns in Jiangxi Chest Hospital from September 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number table method,with 50 interns in each group.The experimental group received operating room access training,while the control group received routine training.The hand hygiene assessment score,the incidence of potential hospital infection events during the internship,and the teaching satisfaction score between the two groups were compared.Results The hand hygiene assessment score and teaching satisfaction score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of potential hospital infection events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional pre-job training for operating room interns,the access training method of operating room has more advantages,which can effectively improve interns′ satisfaction with operating room teaching,increase the pass rate of hand hygiene,reduce the occurrence of potential nosocomial infection in operating room caused by interns,so as to enhance the teaching effect and increase the safety of operation.
