Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of establishing oral single disease management system based on outpatient electronic medical record.Methods Related data of 7928 cases of stomatology specialty which were not implemented based on outpatient electronic medical records in Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Nanchang University in 2018 were collected.At the same time,the related data of 10 066 cases of stomatology specialty were collected after the establishment of oral single disease management system information platform based on outpatient electronic medical records in 2019.The changes of medical safety indicators (imaging examination,informed consent of patients) and medical quality indicators (complications and satisfaction) before and after implementation were compared.Results The execution rate of imaging examination and the execution rate of patients′ informed consent in 2019 were 99.18% and 96.71%,which were higher than those in 2018 ( 96.83% and 78.43%),the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications in 2019 was 1.56%,which was lower than 1.96% in 2018,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of patient in 2019 was 99.79%,which was higher than 99.46% in 2018,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of oral single disease management system based on the electronic medical records of outpatient clinics can standardize the diagnosis and treatment behavior,improve the execution rate of medical safety operations,reduce the occurrence of complications,and the satisfaction degree of patient is higher.
