Abstract: Objective To explore the influence of prescription review on the rationality of outpatient and emergency prescriptions.Methods The prescription data of 1000 outpatients and emergency patients from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,all of which had complete clinical data.Among them,the clinical data of 500 outpatients and emergency patients admitted from January to December 2017 were taken as the control group(without prescription comment intervention),and the clinical data of 500 outpatients and emergency patients admitted from January to December 2018 were taken as the study group (with prescription comment intervention implemented).The relevant provisions in the Prescription Management Measures was referred,to supervise and evaluate the prescription review,and analyze the review with SPSS 20.0 statistical software to analyze the rationality of the prescription.Results The proportion of inappropriate prescription type in the study group was 1.20%,which was lower than that in the control group (3.60%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The rate of irregular prescriptions in the study group was 2.60%,which was lower than that in the control group (8.00%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of prescription review can help to improve the rational rate of drug use in medical institutions.Through the use of the corresponding review software,it can help to improve the efficiency of the application of review methods,so as to improve the rationality of prescription.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the standardization of prescription writing.
