Abstract： Objective To analyze the application value of chemiluminescence immunoassay technology in the biochemical immunoassay test of patients with thyroid tumor.Methods A total of 120 patients suspected with thyroid tumor who were treated in Anshan Central Hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group by computer random method，with 60 cases in each group.The venous blood of the patients was drawn.The patients in the control group were tested by radioimmunoassay，and the patients in the experimental group were tested by chemiluminescence immunoassay technology.Compared with the pathological diagnosis results，the coincidence rate，sensitivity，and specificity of the two groups were analyzed.Results The test coincidence rate (93.33%)，sensitivity (93.75%)，and specificity (92.85%) of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (76.66%，73.33%，73.33%)，and the differences were statistically significant (χ2=8.643，4.772，3.865，P＜0.05).Conclusion Using chemiluminescence immunoassay technology to test patients with thyroid tumors can effectively improve the coincidence rate，sensitivity and specificity of the test，and has clinical promotion value.
